We are delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Jamie Adams from Yate Town.
Jamie started out his career at Clevedon and Tiverton, before cementing himself as main fixture at Bristol Manor Farm. Jamie's performances saw Yate Town sign him last season where Jamie featured over 45 times for the Bluebells. The combative midfielders athleticism in the middle of the park has seen Jamie gain many plaudits during his career so far.
Jamie commented, "The way the club operates appealed to me immediately and the ambitions of the club align exactly with my own. I'm thrilled to join and I'm looking forward to contributing in achieving the club's goal next season."
Manager Danny Greaves stated, "To secure a player of Jamie’s experience and calibre following a very successful season in the league above with Yate Town is pleasing. Jamie captained the Yate side who finished just outside the playoff places in the Southern Premier and also reached the FA Cup first round. He was also voted as Players Player of the year which shows how well regarded he was at the club. We are getting ourselves a leader, and lad who will work his socks off and run all day, and one with ability who will chip in with a goal or two."
