MAtchday reporter

We are looking for someone who is able to cover our home and away fixtures as our match reporter. The role is part of our communications team. The role consists of live updates of our matches, creating timely match reports at the end of each match and interviewing the management team and/or players at the end of a match.

This is a 12 month role, with no fixed hours, but needs to be flexible around club fixtures - Estimated hours 5-8hrs per week. Attendance at all home and away matches is essential. 

The role is paid a nominal figure to cover expenses and travel. The role will also have travel to away games from Frome where possible. Ideally applicants would be from the Frome area, but we welcome applications from all commutable distances.

Please ensure you include any football experience, writing experience or relevant experience in your application.

STADIUM MANAGER

We are looking for someone who is able to manage our activities at home matches. Primarily looking to own the relationship with our match attending fans. The role will oversee the ticket gate operations, manage the ticketing process, develop additional fan engagement and drive new initiatives to provide entertainment on a matchday. This is a brand new role that has the flexibility and opportunity to deliver creative ideas to make our match days even more.

No fixed hours, but needs to be flexible around club fixtures - Estimated hours 4-6 hrs per week. Attendance at home games is essential. This role is a volunteer role.

Ideally applicants would be from the Frome area, but we welcome applications from all commutable distances.

Please include any relevant experience you may have in this area in your application. This is fan facing role and we would like someone that is confident in speaking to fans directly.

We are looking for someone who is able to conduct and write matchday programme artlicles and player interviews for each programme and our website.

No fixed hours, but needs to be flexible around club fixtures - Estimated hours 3-4hrs per week. Attendance at home games is preferred but not essential. A small financial contribution will be paid for each match.

Ideally applicants would be from the Frome area, but we welcome applications from all commutable distances.

Community manager

We are looking for someone who is able to work  with our charity partners and the local community (charities, schools and groups). To help drive community schemes that the club can be involved in and also host (where required).

This could involve player visits to community, helping partners attend our fixtures and promoting the work the club undertakes within the community.

We are looking for someone who is proactive and in the Frome local community. 
Attendance at home games is preferred.

MATCH DAY STEWARDS

We are looking for three matchday stewards to be present and ensure the safety of our supporters starting 1 hour prior to kick-off on a home matchday until end of the second half.

MATCH DAY CAR PARK ATTENDENT

We are looking for a Matchday car park attendant starting Two hours prior to kick-off on a home matchday to help with the arrival of the opposition team coaches, fans and officials. Attendance into the game afterwards would be included.

MATCHDAY TURNSTILE OPERATORS

We are looking for two turnstile operators to collect tickets and payments on the gates starting 1 hour prior to kick-off and to be present until halftime is complete on a home matchday will be predominately Saturday afternoons, but some Tuesday evenings.
