Danny Greaves was on hand last night to give us his thoughts on the enthralling draw against Larkhall, a game that had every emotion.
Danny commented:
"I'm Immensely proud of my players yesterday. To compete for 50 minutes against a good Larkhall side with 10 men, having already lost your top scorer in the first 5 mins, and your centre half after 20 minutes both through injury, shows what character and togetherness we have in the group.
The boys were devastated in the dressing room, having battled so hard to take a late lead, only to conceeded a soft goal with minutes to go.But we must be extremely satisfied with a point against a good side, given all the circumstances that went going against us on the day.
Another massive thanks to the traveling support who came in decent numbers to support the lads. Hoping for the same in what we will be a very difficult test away at Cirencester on Tuesday.
