Frome Town FC are delighted to announce that Rob Brown will remain with the club for the 2019/2o season.
The 'keeper became the club's first signing of 2019 after he joined from Paulton Rovers in January, he would go on to make 17 appearances for The Robins before the end of the season.
Brown won the Western League with Melksham Town in 2018 before he made the move to Athletic Field last summer.
Manager Danny Greaves is happy to have secured the services of the young shot-stopper for another season.
"I’m pleased Rob has agreed to return for the upcoming season. He is a good age, and put in some good performances last season.
"With Alan Bull as Goalkeeping coach working with him week in week out, added to Rob’s desire to improve, I believe he will go from strength to strength and we will have a top young keeper on our hands."
Brown can't wait for the challenge of fighting for promotion next term, after relegation last season.
He said: "I’m delighted to have signed for Frome again and am looking forward to having an exciting season.
"With the players that have been added alongside the lads that have stayed from last season I’m sure we can go and challenge at the top end of the table this year."
