The club can confirm the transfer of Rex Mannings to neighbours Bath City. We would like to thank Rex for his efforts over the last 5 seasons and all the best on his footballing journey.
Mannings spent 5 seasons with the club since joining from Bristol Manor Farm. The former Oxford City academy player, has lit up the Southern League Div One over the last few seasons, with over 110 appearances for the club.
Last season, the early months saw Rex look to hold his own personal goal of the season competition and long kept fans excited as well as entertained. Rex's approach and character fast saw Rex become a fans favourite, with Manager Danny Greaves awarding him with the Manager's Player of the Season award.
The club wish Rex all the best for the next stages in his footballing career, as well a thank you to Bath City for their professional approach to the transfer. We hope all our fans get behind Rex and show their thanks for his efforts in our red shirt. Always #BA11
