PREVIEW: Greaves looks forward to Hendon

Danny Greaves hopes that The Robins can start pushing up the table after securing a couple of impressive results already this month.

Last week, Town secured its first win since October after goals from Jordan Rogers and Johnny Gorman secured a 2-0 win over Staines Town at Badgers Hill.

Greaves hopes that the positivity will help galvanise his players as his squad heads to Hendon tomorrow.

He said: "I'm looking forward to the game on the back of last Saturday's win. We have now picked up 4 points from 3 games, so hopefully we can use that as a springboard to push on.

"Hendon sit in a good position just outside of the playoffs so we knew it will be a tough game. Their form has dipped recently so we knew they will be extra motivated for a result.

"The Christmas period is so important in the football season, as with so many games in a short space of time, it can change the picture quickly."

LAST TIME OUT:

DIRECTIONS TO SILVER JUBILEE PARK (from Hendon's official website):

CAR: From Staples Corner travel north along the A5, towards Edgware, through West Hendon, to the junction with Kingsbury Road (Red Lion public house on corner). Turn into Kingsbury Road and Townsend Lane is the 3rd turning on the left, at the top of the hill. The ground is in the bottom left hand corner of the Silver Jubilee Park. Please note that on site parking is limited and the car park is often closed well before kick off. There is plenty of side street parking, but please park courteously.

TRAIN: Nearest National Rail station is Hendon (Thameslink). Buses 83 and 183 pass Hendon station and close to the ground. Best stop to alight 83 is Slough Lane (avoids walk up & down steep hill), and 183 is Townsend Lane.

The Robins are back at Badgers Hill on Boxing Day as we face Merthyr Town. Get your tickets at https://www.weareba11.com/tickets. (Kick-off: 1pm)
