The club wants to apologise to fans who have had their merchandise purchases from the club unfulfilled this season, and would like to provide an update on the process.

We can only apologise to all of those who are still waiting for the club merchandise orders to arrive.

We are frankly embarrassed about how this has happened, as we were hoping to fulfil all orders in October and early November.

Due to issues outside of our control, we find ourselves still in a position where we will not receive our fulfilled orders from PUMA Teamwear and turn these around to fans until the w/c 11th January, as they work through a huge amount of back orders and printing. The club has been already and will refund any fan that wishes to have their money back from any order they wish to cancel.

However, the club will be continuing with the order process. We will continue to wait for the arrival of all orders and only be placing the available stock on the club shop. So if you choose to hang on in there with us, your existing order will be processed as soon as we have all items delivered date in January.

We have updated the shop on the website to show the products as out of stock, so until we have received the first orders, we won't be selling any additional items from the Puma range. The other items in the shop will be available to purchase.

We are both embarrassed and sadden by the process. As we all want to be able to wear our colours to matches and in our everyday lives. We hope this is just a bump in the road and from now on this will become more seamless.
