Frome Town FC are delighted to announce that Kristian Lane has joined the club as it's new Sports Therapist.
Lane arrives in South East Somerset with an impressive CV, having most recently worked for Premiership Rugby side Gloucester. He also runs his own clinic.
Manager Danny Greaves is delighted to have been able to appoint some one of Lane's expertise and knowledge to his staff.
He said: "I’m delighted to welcome Kristian to our management team. He is a welcome addition to the back room staff and will add invaluable experience.
"The fact he has bags of experience on a professional sports environment, extremely well qualifications and a drive to learn all of the modern day treatments and techniques will be a huge asset."
"He has also played this level of football as a goalkeeper for Basingstoke, so will truly understand the demands from both a player and management side. I am sure he will continue and build upon the good work started by Airon Stubbs who recently departed from Swindon Supermarine."
Lane is looking forward to getting started at Badgers Hill and help the club develop and reach its goal next season.
He said: "I can’t wait to get started at Frome Town and hopefully contribute what I can to a club that clearly wants to develop further and really go places.
"I have some great sports therapy experience under my belt by working across many sports at a professional level. Hopefully I can use this experience to help Frome get promoted".
