Greaves Delighted After Sholing Draw

Manager Danny Greaves was "delighted" after The Robins secured another crucial Southern League point after a goal-less draw at Sholing.

The Robins find themselves in a healthy position at the top of the Southern League Division One table as the season heads into the final stretch.

He said: "Delighted with a point away from home against an in-form team who had previously won four on the bounce and have shot up the table and have a chance of the playoffs if they win games in hand.

"Pitch was understandably really heavy and the strong winds once again didn't help. Both defences were on top and we didn't really get our game flowing as we would like.

"But to come away from home in those conditions, against a form side is very pleasing and keeps our little run going.

"We now get ready for another tough away game at Bristol Manor Farm on Tuesday night. Forget league positions, we know they have some fantastic players, and on their day they can beat anyone in this league.

"We have to match today's determination and desire and just add that little bit quality which we have been showing in recent weeks."
