Other things you will need to know.
Not an online fan?
Please contact the club directly and we will find an alternative payment method. We need to state that the gate on the night will be cashless (and likely to be for a long time).
Track and Trace
For these matches temporary signage will be in place as our permanent signage will be installed for the planned open day. There will be a QR Code to scan with your mobile device, you will not be able to enter the site without proof of completion. This must be completed every time you visit the ground. Those with non-smart phones will need to fill in a manual form at the gate (which takes longer).
Your data
We can assure you will are not doing anything with the data. This will remain stored securely online and only accessed if we need to use the track and trace system. After a safe period of time (typically 30 days - all data will be destroyed).
Refreshments and toilets
We will be operating a one way system through various parts of the club house. Please follow the directions or stewards instructions. The bar will be currently operating on a can only basis - we hope that you understand that whilst we comply with COVID regulations we are putting these temporary measures in place. At these two games snacks will be available to purchase. Toilets will be in the clubhouse - please follow the guidance, be prepared to queue outside the clubhouse before being let in...so give yourself an extra couple of minutes to avoid any 'accidents'
Gates
The main gate will be the only open entrance to the game, please do not attempt to come in via any other entrance. Anyone found making their own way in through other means will be asked to leave and further action maybe taken. Please be patient when coming in through the main gate as we get up to speed with checks and the digital ticketing systems. Please complete your track and chase in the queue to save time.
Seating and standing
The main stand and community stand will have rows taped off that should not be used. Please consider whether you need to use a seat to allow those that are elderly, disabled or children the opportunity to be seated. Please use the length and breadth of the space available. We know there are some pinch points in our stadium layout - so please use your common sense in theses zones and maintain social distancing.
Social distancing It's very clear that we need to show proof of the club adhering to social distancing and COVID requirements to allow 400 fans into the stadium for the Yeovil game. Please ensure you play your part in helping the club.
Enjoying yourself
Hopefully everything going on won't detract from the enjoyment of our fantastic team, they are eagerly awaiting fans returning. So let's get back to enjoying live sport in your home town.
