Why are we updating our Crest?
We know that the current crest has history and are looking for designs to be sympathetic to our past. However, we also know that in a competitive arena we need to adapt and be seen as different in our challenge to become wider known through the South of England. The existing design is very limiting on it's use, especially when shown online on or various printed materials.
THE BRIEF
The aim is to create a crest that will work well across our kits, our merchandise, signage and online. There's no restrictions on the design or the elements to be used or a defined red colour.
We would recommend that entrants bear in mind that the team play in predominantly red kits with a flash of white, the teams name will remain Frome Town F.C., we were formed in 1904 and our nickname will remain the Robins.
We would also encourage you to look at the teams crests in the non-league divisions as we are looking to create a stand out look against the other teams.
How to take part
We aren't limiting this to experts in design or branding, this is open to everyone. So whether you are supplying a full design or a hand sketched picture. Please send your entry to gary@frometownfc.co.uk before the closing date.
CLOSING DATE
Saturday 16th December - 11:59pm.
